TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND OR SERVICES
Qenos has changed its standard Terms and Conditions for the supply of Goods and/or Services to Qenos effective 26:11:2015.
The changes represent simplification of Qenos's Terms and Conditions. You will see that we have now combined Goods and Services in the same form. These amendments will simplify our dealings with you.
These standard Terms and Conditions apply to Purchase Orders issued by Qenos. If there is a written agreement between your company and Qenos that amends or overrides Qenos’s Terms and Conditions, then the terms of that written agreement will continue to apply.
